Dogs in town are required to be licensed. Licenses can be obtained at City Hall. Proof of rabies vaccination is required. Fees are $5 annually if purchased between January and April. The fee is $6 if purchased after May 1.

Dogs are to be kept on a leash or in a pen. Dogs are not allowed to run at large.  Impoundment fees start at $50.00 if picked up running at large.

Nothing is required for cats.
